JAMMU, Dec 14: Bhai Kanhiya Nishkam Seva Society (BKNSS) has alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders were befooling the people of the State on the issue of Art 370 and settlement of PoK refugees.
In a meeting of the Sikh body held today under the chairmanship of Mohinder Singh, flanked by other Sikh leaders, the speakers pointed out that BJP leaders made hollow promises with the refugees and the flood victims. They gave only lip sympathy and no help on ground was provided. Even the package of Rs 9000 crore recommended to the Central Government by State was returned to the State.
They said on the core issue of Article 370, the party has taken U-turn and now its leaders including Prime Minister have gone silent. They have duped the people of the country and Jammu region and even deleted this from its manifesto. They appealed the people to reject BJP and teach a lesson for exploiting people.
