JAMMU, Apr 10: Under the ongoing Samajik Nyay Saptah today BJP Mahila Morcha, Talab Tillo Mandal president, Meena Jamwal along with Municipal Councilor, Ward 40 Neelam Nargotra and Mandal president, BJP Talab Tillo, Keshav Chopra organised Mahila Samelan at Guru Ravi Dass Mandir, Talab TilloTillo near here, today.
Former BJP president, Sat Sharma (CA), district president, BJP Jammu and councilor, Parmod Kapahi were main speakers in the Samelan.
During the Samelan, Guru Ravi Dass Ji Satsang was performed. It was followed by serving of Prasad to gathering.
Speaking on the occasion Sat Sharma said Narendra Modi led Government is committed for women empowerment. He praised Modi Government for providing several schemes for women empowerment. “Modi Sarkar has done lot of work to uplift the women” he further added.
Parmod Kapahi while addressing showed his satisfaction over the activities of Talab Tillo Mandal and said that Mandal team is doing commendable job.
Speaking on the occasion, Keshav Chopra and Neelam Nargotra highlighted Modi Government schemes for women and said that Beti Bachao Beti Padao, Ujjwala Yojna (Free LPG Connections), Ladli Beti and many More were launched only to strengthen and empower the women.
Archna Koushal, Prabhari Jammu, district general secretary, Mahila Morcha, Chakshu Kapoor, Meenakshi Bhasin, vice president, Talab Tillo Mandal, Shibo Devi, Nirmala Devi, Kamla Sharma, Veena, Reva Devi, Rekha Devi and others were present.
