Modi Govt committed to return of displaced Pandits: Kaul

JAMMU, Jan 30: BJP State general secretary (Organization) Ashok Kaul has said that the displaced people from Kashmir have suffered a lot during the last 26 years of turmoil and still they have been working hard when everything has been against this hapless community.
Addressing a meeting at Sharda Colony, Patoli Brahmana near here today organized by displaced BJP district, he said that it is imperative for the community to remain in touch with their rich culture and the roots adding that the time is not far away when the community gets its dream of being rehabilitated with dignity and honour in Kashmir Valley.
Mr Kaul further said that the present government at Centre headed by  Narender Modi is committed to solve all the problems of this community.
Surinder Ambardar,  MLC, while speaking in the meeting, highlighted various problems being faced by the community. In his speech, he stressed that every step should be taken to save the identity, culture and civilization.
Senior Leaders Moti Koul had all praise for the Jammuites and locals of Sharda Colony for constructing a magnificent temple in the area. Ex Corporator Sheela Handoo exhorted upon the Relief Commissioner to solve all the problems of the displaced community at the earliest.
T N Bhat, President BJP Kashmir displaced district, while addressing the gathering, expressed his gratitude to the Governor, J&K, for taking up the various issues being confronted by the community, especially the employment of 221 youth under PM’s package and also issuing directives to officers to expedite the recruitment process under PM’s employment package.
