JAMMU, June 18:  National general secretary of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Narender Kashyap has said that Modi Government at the Centre has failed to contain inflation.
In a press statement issued here today, Mr Kashyap alleged that in first month of Modi Government, the inflation rate has increased from 5.2 to 6.1 per cent. If the things would continue to move in the same direction what will be the condition in next one year. It shows that not good days but the bad days are ahead for the people of this country.
He further pointed out that if the prices of petrol, diesel would go on increasing, it would have impact in all other sectors including fare and freight charges. The poor and middle class people will be more affected with the soaring prices. The BSP leader said that Modi Government instead of focusing on the neighbours should solve the  burning issues of the country. Inflation and corruption are the two main issues which are to be tackled at war footing, he added.
