Modi has given special preference to J&K: Ganga

SAMBA, Dec 31: Former Minister and senior BJP leader, Chander Parkash Ganga today said that Prime Minster, Narendra Modi has given a special preference to Jammu and Kashmir since he came to power at Centre in 2014.
Addressing various party programmes at booth level in Bari Brahmana and Vijaypur today, the senior BJP leader highlighted the various welfare schemes and projects for J&K. He said it was with the efforts of Prime Minister, that peace has been restored in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said it is a matter of pride that 150 youth are engaged and leading the Booth Jan Samwad in different parts of J&K. He said the focus of this Abhiyan is on the Modi Government’s schemes and policies implemented after August 5 in 2019 and this Abhiyan will continue up to January 15.
He said the main objective of this Abhiyan is to take administration more closer or door steps of the people so that the schemes and policies of Modi Government reach to every nook and corner of the UT. Moreover, besides bringing more and more youth into BJP fold through this Abhiyan BJP wants to increase the vote percentage of the party also.
Ganga was accompanied by senior BJP leader, Jai Ram, Mandal president, Utresh Dutta, Sarpanch, Tarseem Singh, councilor, Pawan Bakshi, district secretary BJP, Gandraw Singh, Panch, Shishoo Devi and others.
