Modi healing wounds of Kashmiris: Ravinder Raina

SHOPIAN, Feb 12: Ravinder Raina, president, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, addressed a massive public gathering at Shopian during his tour of Kashmir.
While addressing, Raina said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has a vision for Kashmir. He knows the plight and sufferings of Kashmiris who were looted and befooled by the previous governments, political parties and their leaders for the past 75 years and added that it is the Narendra Modi who is healing the wounds of Kashmiris.
Ravinder Raina further said that J&K is fast moving on the path of development after the abrogation of Article 370. Modi Government has allotted immense funds for the development of world class infrastructure in J&K and added that the Union Government in the interim budget has proposed a budget of Rs 1.18 lakh crore for the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
Raina also talked about the construction of Mughal Road and said it was the Vajpayee Government which started construction of Mughal Road connecting Shopian and Poonch and now Modi Government has given rupees two crore for its development. He further said that a snow gallery will be constructed near Peer Ki Gali and other tourist destinations will be developed which will improve the tourist activities along the Mughal Road.
He said by the completion of Mughal Road people will have alternative route to reach Kashmir and border districts of Kashmir.
It is pertinent to mention here that Ravinder Raina, who is on a tour of Kashmir, is attracting a large number of people in his public gatherings, which he insisted is a testimony to the fact that the common Kashmiri person has approved the policies of Narendra Modi Government and is keen to vote in large for BJP in Parliamentary elections 2024.
