Modi rule best model of governance: Bali

JAMMU, June15: Infrastructure development in the country’s border areas in the last nine years of PM Narendra Modi led Central Government has been much more than in the previous 50 years, said former Minister, Sat Sharma (CA) while addressing a mammoth gathering of beneficiaries of various Central Government sponsored schemes at Khour area of Jammu district today.
Sharma was also accompanied by district president and former MLA , Rajeev Sharma, former Minister, Bali Bhagat, former MLA, Krishan Bhagat, DDC Vice Chairman, Suraj Singh Bhau, DDC member Suresh Sharma and several others.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that Congress never thought about stopping migration from border villages and never bothered to provide them water, electricity and other benefits but the PM Modi has taken this task and today we witness an overall development of border areas across the country. Sharma said thousands of crores have been allocated by PM Modi led Central Government for development of border areas under various programmes.
He said the country cannot march ahead on the path of development without strengthening its internal security and for that PM took necessary steps to stop the migration from border villages and developed it at par with cities, he said.
Former Minister Bali Bhagat said that the nine years of Modi rule at Centre have proved to be the best model of good governance that was never ever before witnessed and felt by the people of the nation.
He said that this Government did not only transform the status and scenario of India at national and international level but its greatest achievement was steering Jammu and Kashmir out of morass and turmoil created by militancy.
Rajeev Sharma said that developmental projects are on a war footing and the security grid has also been strengthened in the last nine years.
Krishan Bhagat, Suraj Bhau and Suresh Sharma highlighted the welfare schemes launched by the Government for the people.
Others who spoke on the occasion were Kuldeep Sharma, Brijesh Rana, Manmohan Singh, Narinder Bhau, GS Chib and Mandal Presidents of Khour area.
