JAMMU, July 23: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta today said that the BJP Government led by PM Narendra Modi is leaving no stone unturned to fulfill the aspirations of the people of J&K by ensuring holistic development and prosperity.
Addressing a gathering after starting development works in different wards of Jammu city, Kavinder said that BJP through its strong credentials has proved that democracy has fully flourished in India after Narendra Modi, a leader from a humble background took over as PM.
Earlier, Kavinder Gupta along with Baldev Singh Billawaria, Deputy Mayor Jammu, councilor, Ward No 51 Rajkumar, councilor, Narinder Singh Bunty, Ward No 70, councilor, Sharda Kumari, Ward No 47 and councilor, Anil Kumar, Ward No 68 kick-started development works worth Rs 1.70 crore in the four wards of Jammu city.
At Ward No 70, Kavinder along with Billawaria, Narinder Singh and prominent residents of the area started development work of an environmental park at Sector –E with an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakh.
At Ward No 51, Kavinder Gupta along with corporator Rajkumar Tarkhan and Vinay Kumar Gupta former district president initiated tile work at Mohalla Gujran with an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakh.
At Ward No 68, Kavinder along with corporator, Anil Kumar, party workers and prominent residents of the area started development work at Lane No 55 Greater Kailash with an estimated costs of Rs 40 lakh.
At Ward No 47, Kavinder Gupta along with corporator Sharda Kumari kick-started development work worth Rs 70 lakh in presence of party workers and prominent citizens of the Ward at Kachha Talab area.
