JAMMU, Mar 2: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has created its place in the hearts of the common masses owing to its public policies and their implementation in a user friendly way.
This was stated by Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP vice president after holding a public grievances camp at Pt Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kacchi Chawni here today.
The senior BJP leader said that the present dispensation under Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has proved its credentials by working for the people living in the remotest areas and most neglected communities. Modi Government has ensured that the benefits of those schemes meet their goal to uplift the masses, going by the principles of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas, Aur Sabka Vishwaas’, he said.
Sethi said that the Government at the Centre headed by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has launched several schemes like Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Jan-Dhan Yojna, PM Fasal Beema Yojna, Atal Pension Yojna, Mudra Bank, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna, PM Ujjwala Project, PM Awaas Yojna, Make in India, Digital India, Start-Up India, Udaan Scheme and so on for the welfare of common masses and the people of Jammu and Kashmir are reaping its benefits.
Earlier in the grievance camp, several deputations including individual persons visited the party office to discuss their issues with the senior BJP leaders. Anita Gupta vice president, East Mandal, Vipin Sharma general secretary, Harvinder Singh convener and Parul Mehra, secretary accompanied Yudhvir Sethi.
The visiting deputations and individuals discussed various issues related to the development of their respective areas and their other concerns. They also put forth various issues pertaining to basic amenities.
After, listening the public issues, Yudhvir Sethi resolved most of them instantaneously by talking to the authorities concerned on phone. He assured to take up the rest of their issues with the concerned authorities and get the same resolved at the earliest.
Sehti said that the party is fully committed to address the day to day problems being faced by the people in general and that of Jammu city in particular. He said that it is a sincere attempt to lessen the gap between administration and people and ensure that genuine issues of people are redressed in an efficacious way.
