JAMMU, Dec 15: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address two massive rallies at Billawar in Kathua and MA Stadium in Jammu tomorrow concluding his election campaign on high note for the BJP in the State Assembly elections, whose last and final phase of polling for 20 seats will be held on December 20.
Modi will address public rally at Mandli in Billawar tehsil of Kathua district for BJP candidate Dr Nirmal Singh at around 12 noon while he will address another rally for all 11 candidates of Jammu district at about 2 pm at MA Stadium.
Authorities have made tight security arrangements with traffic restrictions for Modi’s rally at MA Stadium as several thousands of people were expected to gather at the Stadium to listen to the Prime Minister.
Modi had addressed about one lakh people at MA Stadium on December 1 last year as the BJP Prime Ministerial candidate.
During his election campaign in J&K, Modi had addressed mammoth rallies at Srinagar, Kishtwar, Udhampur, Poonch, Samba, Kathua and Rajouri breaking all previous records of crowd.
Authorities have deployed large number of para-military and police personnel for the rally.
