JAMMU, July 28: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader and candidate for Gandhi Nagar Assembly Segment, Amreek Singh Reen today said that present regime has promoted corruption only and its hollow claims of development are exposed with the onset of Monsoon.
Continuing the election campaign at Beli Charana, he said, “Most of the areas of the constituency are waterlogged and the main roads are inundated due to chocked drains. The condition of the roads in the city has exposed the shoddy work that was undertaken in the name of development. The asphalting has been cleaned up at many places exposing potholes and uneven stretches making the journey of motorists dangerous. The toppings have flown with rain water and accumulated in small mounds creating natural speed breakers”.
