Month-long Langer for Amarnath yatries closed

JAMMU, Aug 1: About month-long Langer organized at Shiv Mandir, Railway Station Jammu, for Amarnath yatries concluded today.
The Langer was organized by Shiv Mandir, Sant Sewa Ashram Charitable Trust, Railway Station, Jammu, in collaboration with Shri Amar Nath Barfani Sewa Samiriti, Alwar, Rajasthan.
During these days, Langer was served to the yatries visiting Jammu and going to Mata Vaishno Devi, Budha Amarnath, Shiv Khori and Bhola Amarnath. The Langer ran smoothly on all 31 days during which tea, food, etc were served to visiting devotees from 7 am to 11 pm.
Rakesh Gupta, president, Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Jammu was the chief guest on the concluding ceremony, today. He felicitated the Board of Trustees of both Jammu and Alwar.
President, Shiv Mandir, Sant Sewa Ashram Charitable Trust, Shiv Partap Gupta and general secretary, Vishmitter Gupta, were also present on the occasion. The president told the gathering that the Sant Sewa Ashram Charitable Trust Jammu is organizing Langer for last 25 years on various other occasions.
