JAMMU, Jan 2: To gear up for the forthcoming elections, BJP held a meeting of its all Morchas which was chaired by party State president, Ravinder Raina. The meeting was organized by State incharge BJP’s all Morchas, Munish Sharma at Party Headquarter, here.
Ravinder Raina, while addressing the meeting called upon all Morcha office bearers to start preparations for forthcoming Parliamentary and Assembly elections. Prompting them to devote extra working hours for the party activities, he stressed that the party has entered into a war time now as all the anti-national forces have united in their desperate attempt to stop the strong wave of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. However, he insisted that opposition especially Congress has already lost ground and stands nowhere in front of BJP led by PM, Modi.
He said that the continuation of Narendra Modi as PM is extremely necessary for taking nation forward on the path of progress and development.
Raina said that BJP has improved the living of common masses, reached everybody’s hearts by its pro people policies and schemes. Maintaining that Morchas form an integral part of organization, he said that they (Morchas) enable the party to reach every single person, understand the concern of every community and address their issues.
He also apprised them of various forthcoming programmes to be undertaken by the Morchas, while prompting them to chalk out effective plans to secure cent percent voting in party’s favour, in approaching elections.
Munish Sharma, in his address, presented outline of the working of the Morchas in the State. He lauded the role of Morchas leaders in taking the public welfare schemes to the targeted population and expressed confidence that the Morchas will play crucial role in Parliament and Assembly elections.
Later, all the State presidents of various Morchas presented the list of tasks undertaken by their units after having a brief session of interaction with all the functionaries.
BJP State secretary, Ajay Pargal, State president, Mahila Morcha, Rajni Sethi, State president, SC Morcha, Jagdish Bhagat, State president, Kissan Morcha, Rajinder Singh Chib, State prabhari, Kissan Morcha, Karan Singh, State president OBC Morcha, Rashpal Verma, Tarun Sharma and others were amongst the prominent BJP leaders present in the meeting.
