SRINAGAR: In the backdrop of standoff between India and China at Sikkim, Union Minister Jitendra Singh today said India is today better equipped to meet any challenge.
“Always keep in mind 1962 is not 2017. Whenever observations are made people have 1962 on the back of their mind. But, there is a big difference between India of 1962 and India of 2017. India is today better equipped to meet any challenge,” Dr Singh, who is the Minister of State (MoS) in Prime Minister’s Office, told reporters in a press conference here. (AGENCIES)
