KATHUA, Mar 13: One motorcyclist died after his two wheeler was hit by a tractor at Kathua -Nagri Parole road this afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Parkash, S/O Nath Ram of Changran district and tesil Kathua.
Police said Parkash was rushed to district Hospital Kathua in a serious condition after his bike was hit by tractor. Seeing his condition critical, doctors of DH Kathua referred him to GMCH Jammu but he succumbed to his injuries in the way.
The driver of the tractor is absconded as he fled from the spot after the accident. The Kathua police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law.
