JAMMU, Jan 31: A motorcyclist was killed today in a road accident at Panama Chowk, Jammu.
“Joginder Kumar (24) son of Ajeet Raj, resident of Khada Madhana (Samba) died on spot when a bike (bearing registration number JK02BD-2370) he was riding collided with a tanker bearing registration number JK02BA-9637 at Panama Chowk, police sources said.
They said after getting conducted postmortem at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, the body of the deceased was handed over to his family while a case in this connection was registered at Police Station Trikuta Nagar and the driver of the tanker involved in the accident was arrested.
