JAMMU, Jan 16: Directed by young filmmaker, Aditya Tickoo and produced by Rajkumar Goyal, vice president, Republican Party of India (RPI), the movie ‘Nasha-it Kills’ was released here today under the banner of Sabhar Entertainment in association with Sabhar Cultural Trust.
SP City North, Kulbir Handa was the chief guest on this occasion while the function was presided over by Sohail Kazmi, senior journalist.
Shahnawaz Rashid, CSC e-governance Head of J&K and Ladakh UT was also present on the occasion and the film was sponsored by RPI.
In a video message, Union Minister, Ramdas Athawale said that such movies create awareness about the bad effects of drugs on society and youth.
Co-producer of the movie is Shalini Goyal and Vinod Kumar Gupta; Executive Producer, Sourabh Gupta and the film is written by Rajeshwar Singh Raju, its music is composed by Ravi Sharma while the movie is edited by Neeraj Badyal.
Tanvir Hussain, RPI president J&K was also present on the occasion.
Tahir Hussain and Sanam Zia played lead roles in the movie while Rahul, Jaitinder Joshi, Daisy, Ritu, Anil Chingari, Raja Sarfraz, Wazir Alam, Mair Ali, Rohit and Priyanka were other actors who performed in the movie.
Co-sponsors of the project were Zamindara, Ganpati Food Products, V Brand, Purple Parrot, Universal Brand Trading Company and TA Oil Mill.
