LADAKH, July 30: Member Parliament (MP) and BJP chief Jamyang Tsering Namgyal (JTN) has assured overall development of the Nubra Valley.
“Overall development including education and health facilities, telecommunication, road networks, improvement of rural economy and other issues of all the areas of Nubra Valley will be well taken care and redressed”, MP added.
MP and BJP chief Jamyang Tsering Namgyal stated this during a grand celebration of Balti Cultural Festival in Turtuk area of Nubra.
On the occasion, leaders, activists, supporters and people of various areas of Nubra Valley led by elected Councillor in LAHDC Leh Gulam Mehdi and Ghulam Haider Chairman BDC Turtuk joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Prominent persons hailing from Bokdang village of Chorbat area, Turtuk village of Chorbat area, Tyakshi village of Chorbat area, Thang village of Chorbat area and several others areas joined the BJP.
MP JTN said that all the areas of the Nubra Valley will witness overall development in the time to come.
He also assured to deliver all schemes initiated by Modi Government and early completion of the Turtuk-Hanu road, which was long pending demand of the people.
Among others present were BJP’s District President of Nubra Stanzin Delik, BJP District Vice President of Leh Advocate Tashi Gyalson, BJP Mandal Presidents of Chorbat Sarpanch Anayat, BJP Mandal President of Deskit Tsetan Namgyal, BJP Councillor of Deskit Tsering Angchuk, BJP Councillor of Hunder Kunzang Lotus and other senior BJP Leaders of Nubra.
