JAMMU, Feb 8: Ram Singh Chouhan and  Kuldeep Kumar Rao,  the active members of Movement for Peace, Equality & Justice,   have expressed great shock and  anguish over un-mindful and  flagrant rejection of Mata Machail Shrine Board Bill in the J&K Assembly by the BJP-PDP members.
In a joint statement, they said that a wave of strong resentment against BJP has spread amongst Hindu community in general and devotees of Mata Machail in particular as the party had a double standard.
“Lakhs of devotees of Mata Machail had pinned high hopes that BJP Government would   fulfill their dream demand of Shrine Board but unfortunately they never knew that BJP has completely surrendered before PDP and compromised all their 70 years long cherished principles,” the statement added.
The also rejected Government claim of extending support to the Sarv Shakti Sewak Sanstha Machail Yatra and said that not even a single tourist hut or bath room or toilet has been raised so far by the Tourism Department.
