MSJK protests against 5 pc GST hike on essential commodities

JAMMU, July 19: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration against 5 per cent hike in GST on essential commodities and demanded bringing petrol, diesel and LPG under GST.
The protest was led by MSJK president, Sunil Dimple who flayed 5 per cent GST hike on food grains, edibles, milk, curd, oils etc.
He demanded roll back of the government decision the on this 5 per cent increase of GST and threatened agitation otherwise.
Prominent among those present in the protest were Ram Kapoor, Raju Kumar, Ashok Khanna, Dev Raj, Vipan, Mukesh, Ram Kumar Das, Jetinder Gupta and others.
