MSJK protests against Traffic Police

JAMMU, Feb 7: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration against traffic police for imposing heavy e-fine deliveries at houses and rising traffic problems in the city.
The protest was led by MSJK president, Sunil Dimple who demanded construction of ring road and starting metro train from Amphalla-Manda to Janipur up-to Akhnoor.
He demanded flyovers at Rehari Chungi and Jewel Chowk to solve traffic problem and claimed that Traffic Police and Jammu Municipal Corporation are harassing traders and shopkeepers by lifting their goods and imposing heavy fines on them.
The MSJK leader claimed that J&K government has no traffic mobility plan for Jammu city and Traffic Police is only minting money by delivering e-fines on mobile phones and at homes and pays no attention for smooth movement of traffic in the city.
Manjiet Anand, Sachin Soi, Sat Sharma, Rupesh Bhat, Shivankur Sharma, Arjun, Ashok Sharma, Ajay Kumar and others were also present in the protest.
