JAMMU, July 30: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration against alleged irrational nominations of Assembly seats.
The protest was led by MSJK leader, Sunil Dimple who flayed the nomination of KPs on two Assembly seats.
He demanded restoration of Statehood to J&K and said that there should be no Parliament, Assembly or any other election till the Supreme Court verdict on Article 370 is announced.
Dimple claimed that neither Sikhs nor PoJK refuges, Christians, Gujjar or any other community is satisfied with the recent nominations announced for Assembly constituencies.
“All are feeling betrayed as nominations to the Assembly seats have been made without proper representations to deserving communities,” he claimed.
Dimple appealed CJI to direct the BJP to stop nomination of Assembly seats by alleged divisive intentions.
Vijay Virdi, Swarn Singh, S. Kala Singh and many others were also present in the protest.
