LEH, Sept 6: For the benefit of MSME Sector and MSME-Development Nucleus Cell, Ladakh the field office of Union Ministry of MSME today organized an exhibition cum trade fair in Ladakh.
The trade fair organized by MSME will continue till 8th Sept 2024.
The fair was inaugurated by Ghulam Mehdi, Executive Councilor (Industries), in the presence of Mohammad Nazir Sheikh, JKAS, Tsering Morup, Convenor, UTLBC, Ladakh and other dignitaries.
Ghulam Mehdi during his address appreciated the efforts MSME DNC in organizing the Exhibition cum Trade and in the importance of the office is being felt in Ladakh in various was like areas Rupsho, Kharsa and other Far flung areas of Ladakh.
Speaking on the occasion, G.Velladurai, Joint Director MSME DNC, Ladakh informed about the aim and objectives of the event.
He said that UT of Ladakh is progressing day by day which is evident from the statistics of registrations and loan disbursal to the PM Vishwakarma beneficiaries Rs.70,72,000 for artisans.
In the Exhibition arrangements for making QR codes by the experts who have arrived from New Delhi are being made.
As per the scheme guidelines stipend for participating in the exhibition, transportation charges and hotel charges for the artisans and helpers has also provisioned.
The programme was coordinated by DK Tyagi, Asst. Director and Rajesh Kumar, Asst. Director.
