JAMMU, May 5: All Jammu and Kashmir Mahasha Sadar Sabha (MSS) will hold the election on May 20.
This was stated by Som Raj Majotra, Vice Chairman of Election Board of MSS while interacting with media persons here today.
He informed that the election was scheduled to be held tomorrow, but due to the elevation of Dr DK Manyal, Chairman of Election Board of MSS as Minister for Health and Medical Education the election has been postponed.
Majotra appealed to all the members of the Mahasha Biradari particularly the delegates and contesting candidates to bear with the change of election date and cooperate with the Election Board for peaceful conduct of election on May 20.
Among others present were Nar Singh, Dr Shiv Lal, Om Raj Bhall, Chaman Lal Manyal, Gopal Dass, Shallo Ram, Trilok Nath Deol and Rajesh Bajgal.
