POONCH, Apr 30: A heavy land-sliding blocked Mughal road near Dogran, snapping link between Kashmir and Poonch-Rajouri today.
Sources said that people migrating to Kashmir along with their livestock from Rajouri-Poonch area are suffering badly and they are unable to cross the road from Dogran. Not only those who are migrating to Kashmir but those moving to Dhoks on this side of Pir Ki Gali also suffering badly.
Every year these people have to wait for official nod of government for opening of Mughal road. These nomads have to face hardships in their life and they suffer huge loss.
Meanwhile, the police claimed to have rescued five Nomads along with their 150-200 livestock who were stuck at Pir Ki Gali due to accumulation of snow. They were provided blankets, food and essential medicines.
