Mumbai-bound Indigo flight lands under emergency conditions

SRINAGAR, June 28: A Mumbai-bound Indigo flight with 180 passengers on board today landed under emergency conditions at Srinagar Airport after a bird hit, airport sources said.
The Indigo flight, which took off from the airport at around 3.30 pm, landed 20 minutes after take off when it experienced some problem in the left wing, they said.
The aircraft was inspected and found to have suffered a bird hit, they said.
An alternative plane was requisitioned by the airline to ferry the passengers. (PTI)
