JAMMU, Apr 12: Vice Chairman JAKFED today conducted an extensive tour to various areas of Jammu city and took stock of the public issues faced by them and also listened to the people’s grievances faced by them in presence of large number of BJP workers & senior citizens.
During the tour, people put forth various demands before the Vice Chairman and brought up the issue of condition of road which is full of pits and holes, thus making it difficult for the pedestrians and the motorist to walk on. Other people of the adjoining areas demanded the construction of lanes and drains immediately, replacement of damaged electric poles, removing of garbage, and upgradation of transformers, etc.
Vice Chairman gave assurance to take up the all issues vigoursly with the concerned Minister & departments personally and assured the public that every possible help will be provided and will leave no stone unturned for early redressal of their genuine demands.
Interacting with the people, Vice Chairman said that BJP is committed for the welfare & services of common people irrespective of caste, creed, region or religion and asked the workers to go the people at grass root level, listens the common man’s problems and bring it to the partys High Command.
He further stressed on the need to take forward the campaign of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Swachh Bharat Abhiyan & Beti Bachao Beti Padhao. Sharma asked the people to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and hygiene at all places be it our homes, workplaces, public places, street roads etc and gave the mantra of ‘Na Gandagi Karenge, Na Karne Denge.’
