REASI, May 21: Police worked out murder case of a young lady by arresting the three persons including her husband.
According to the reports, a woman namely Vaishno Devi (35) wife of Daleep Singh, resident of Kalha, was found hanged at her on May 10 after which inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC were initiated at Police Station Ransoo to know the actual reason of the death.
The husband of the deceased woman, in police enquiry has disclosed that he had quarrel with his wife on May 10 after he denied her permission to go to her parental home. He said after the quarrel, her wife hanged herself in the ‘Kullah’ with the help of ‘duppatta’ and before reaching the police party on spot they had shifted the dead body in the room.
However, after 10th day of the deceased, her son namely Balbir Singh disclosed in his statement that his father, grandfather and grandmother had murdered his mother. After recording his statements and on the basis of circumstantial evidence, medical opinion and witness, it was established that the lady had not hanged herself but was murdered by her husband namely Daleep Singh in connivance with father namely Suram Singh son of Kaka Ram and mother namely Sita Devi by strangulating her with a chord.
On this, the inquest was converted into a case FIR No 06/2019 under Section 302/109 RPC at police station Ramsoo and all the three accused were arrested.
