JAMMU, Jan 5: To make people especially artists and anganwari workers and helpers about the requirement of proper nutrition for better health of child and mother, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sanasthan (BLSKS) staged musical play “Sab Ko Poshan Ghar Ghar Roshan” in collaboration with Sagam Tru Art Production, here.
The play was inaugurated by the chief guest VK Magotra, Former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Government of India in presence of Dr Anju Dogra from Health Department, J&K Government, JK Raina, Producer and Director and Vinod Dogra Chief Service Engineer Excide.
Earlier, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan also presented cultural program at Regional Research Labortory Jammu for Expert and Registered Pharmacists in co-ordination with Jammu and Kashmir Pharmacy Council and Pharmacy Council of India. The program commenced with Saraswati Vandana which was highly appreciated by the dignitaries.
The welcome address was presented by ML Dogra, Chairman BLSKS, who while speaking, threw light on the contents of the play. He also informed that during this month BLSKS and Sangam Tru Art Production will present programmes in far flung areas of Doda and Rajouri Districts under the guidance of Neha Jalali, Deputy Director, Regional Outreach Bureau Jammu.
The singers, musician and actors who performed in the play were Usha Handoo, Rajni Gupta, Neelam Gangotra, Raju Bajgal, Rudar Parihar, Geetanjli Parihar, Adhiraj Jawala, Angel Sambyal, Aasha Koul, Neelam Chib, Shagun Parihar, Neeral, Sunil Kumar, Deevam Jandiyal, Rakshit Sharma, Dhruv Pandit, Bodh Raj, Samarth Gupta, Vandana Gupta, Anantika Sharma, Bhumika Chib, Ayush Bhat, Rahul Wanchoo and Mohammad Afroz.
