JAMMU, May 8: A meeting of all Kashmiri Muslim Migrants Committee Jammu was held here today under presidentship of Nazir Ahmed Lone at Mohalla Dalpatian Talab Khatikan.
Chairman of Committee Fida Hussain and Sajad Ahmed Khatana also addressed it. The meeting was attended by large number of Kashmiri Muslim migrants in which many burning and day to day problems were discussed.
The meeting discussed the enhancement of monthly cash relief for Kashmiri migrants. Nazir Ahmed Lone president of the Association while expressing satisfaction over the State Government initiative and particularly Basharat Ahmed Bhukhari Minister of Law and Parliamentary Affairs for taking up the matter with Central Government and prevailing upon it to take decision in favour of Kashmiri migrants. Lone complimented Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed under his able leader ship State is coming out of financial crunch and people of the State get relief from turblent financial situation. in a meeting chairman of the Associations Fida Hussain welcomed Central Government and State Government for this bold initiative to relief enhancement. Fida Hussain expressed the hope in coming days Central and State Governments will fulfill other demands of the Kashmiri migrants.
