JAMMU, Nov 30: Dr Mustafa Kamal, former Minister of National Conference and brother of former Chief Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah has encroached upon two kanals land at Sunjwan.
This was revealed in another list released today by the administration pertaining to Roshni cases and other illegal occupants of the Government land.
Mohammad Hussain, a property dealer and relative of politician Hussain Ali Wafa has encroached 15 kanals land at Deeli.
Wafa was in the PDP but had joined the Congress few days back.
Mubbaser Latifi, SSP of Jammu and Kashmir had encroached upon one kanal and 10.5 marlas land at Sidhra.
Ved Prakash of Gandhi Nagar has encroached 16 kanals and 12 marlas land at Malhori Jagir.
Amir-ul-Din ASI JKP has encroached upon 10 marlas of land at Sidhra.
