JAMMU, June 12: In order to instill the qualities of leadership among the members of the Students’ Council, MV International School organized training programme for its council members, house wardens and coordinators, today.
Director of the School, Gourav Abrol and Principal K L Dogra were also present on the occasion.
Programme was organized by counselor and trainer Kunal Anand.
Various important aspects were covered such as qualities of a good leader, how to become a good and effective leader, Do’s and Dont’s for a successful leader, importance of communication skills and means to improve it, importance of team work and its relevance in achievement of goals of an institution and personality development.
The workshop concluded with certification to all participants.
Open house discussion with questionnaires was held in the end where the students came forward with great enthusiasm and curiosity putting up various queries which were answered by the expert in the most appropriate and satisfactory way.
The students complemented the efforts put in during these workshops.
