Srinagar, May 11: As per the Plan of Action and Calendar of activities for the year 2022 issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authority, the Tehsil Legal Services Committee Chadoora today organised NALSA Awareness regarding Legal Services to the victims of Drug Abuse and Eradication of Drug Menace Scheme 2015.
The awareness was conducted under the supervision of Tabassum Qadir Parray, Chairperson TLSC Chadoora, at Govt. Boys Higher Sec. School Nagam, in which Syed Farhat (Social Activist) took an active part by delivering a speech with a Kashmiri poem on drugs and students also took an active part by delivering a speech, songs and skit related to the said theme.
PLV Nissar Ahmad from DLSA Budgam was the Resource Person, Advocate Javaid Iqbal, Advocate Firdous, Advocate Nazir Ahmad, Advocate Syed Rafiq, Syed Farhat (Social Activist) and Panel Lawyers of TLSC Chadoora also made the audience aware about the scheme.
The program was concluded by Mr Shahnawaz Lecturer of Political Science while in the end certificates of appreciation were given to the participating students.
