JAMMU, Mar 22: Nami Dogri Sanstha today conferred Sahitya Shree award to Dr Mushtaque Sadaf by organizing a function wherein his book of Urdu Gazals, `Badal Gai Koi Shai, was also released.
MLA Bishnah Ashwani Sharma, who was chief guest on the occasion, appreciated the efforts of Dr Mushtaque Sadaf.
Others who spoke on the occasion, included Ravi Magotra, Sohail Kazmi, Prof Savita Bakshi, S S Anand Lehar, Dogra Harish Kaila and Yash Pal Yash.
