Renowned play writer Mahesh Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion. Chand Deepika was the guest of honour while Shakunt Deepmala presided over the poetic meet.
Those who read their literary items were Jaswant Manhas, Shambu Ram Pyasa, Parvinder Singh ”Poonchi”,P L Parihar, Rakesh Sharma ”Tript”, Raj Kumari Sehgal, Neelam Verma, Avtar Kour, Ramesh Rahi, Capt Lalit Sharma-IFS, Rajeshwar Bhakhri, Yash Paul ”Yash” Mahesh Sharma, Chand Deepika, Shakunt Deepmala and Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila, president of Nami Dogri Sanstha, Jammu.
