Narcotic smuggler booked under PSA Excelsior Correspondent Srinagar, June 6: Police today said a narcotic smuggler from Shopian district of south Kashmir was booked under Public Safety Act. A police spokesman said the smuggler Mohammad Yousuf Bhat hailing from Melhora village of Zainpora was booked under PSA on the orders of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir. “He was arrested by Railway police Kashmir during routine checking at Railway Station Panzgam along with three and a half kilogram of charas on January 4 this year,” said the spokesman.
