DODA, May 24: Police today apprehended a narcotic smuggler and recovered intoxicant substance from his possession.
Cops from Police Post Bhalra in Bhaderwah while on routine checking duty noticed suspicious movement of a pedestrian Amjad Hussain Butt, son of Mohd Hussain Butt, resident of Chinar Mohalla, Bhaderwah.
During his search cops recovered Charas like substance and he was arrested on the spot.
In this case an FIR with number 64/2023 under relevant provisions of NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation started.
