Narotam starts tile work in mosque, lanes

JAMMU, Nov 1: Senior BJP leader and Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Narotam Sharma from Ward number 3 here today started the work of laying tiles in Shahi Masjid and lanes of Upper Mast Garh area which will be completed with an expenditure of Rs. 8.50 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion Narotam said that with start of today’s work a long pending demand of the locals of the area has been fulfilled.
He assured that other pending works would also be started and completed in a time bound manner.
“From the year 2018 to till date, Ward number 3 has witnessed an era of developmental activities in every nook and corner,” the JMC Councillor claimed adding: “Directions were issued to the concerned officers to ensure completion of the work in a time bound manner.”
Prominent among those present on the occasion were State vice president BJP, Yudhveer Sethi; East Mandal president, Parveen Kerni; general secretary, Kuldeep Khandari; Booth president, Sanjay Abrol; Sanjay Mengi, Kuldeep Sharma, Sarooj Gupta, Kailash Chowdhary, Amzad Sheikh and Subash Sharma.
