REASI, May 20: Passengers travelling in a Tata Sumo had a narrow escape when the vehicle, came under landslide at Panjara area of Teshil Chassana in Reasi district.
All the passengers were evacuated safely even as the vehicle, bearing registration number JK02AQ-2397, was totally damaged in the landslide.
Meanwhile, a bike rider was injured when his bike was hit by a Dumper near Kheral area on Reasi – Pouni road, here today.
The injured was shifted to District Hospital Reasi and his condition was stated to be stable. He was identified as Basant Bharti, age 41 years, son of Jagdish Raj, resident of Jandial, district Jammu.
