JAMMU, Jan 20: Under its ongoing Tuesday Series, Nat Manch today presented a Dogri play “26 January Da Din Bda Mahan” at Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir here at Shakti Nagar.
The play was written and directed by Tarun Sharma, a young theater personality of the State.
The chief guest of the function was Sat Sharma, MLA Jammu West while Mahatma Tilak ji was the special guest.
The plot of the play opens with the two boys who come on stage to aware people about the Republic Day. In the mid section of the play, the boys start making gossips and allegations on each other.
Tarun Sharma who played the role of anchor comes and intervenes in the argument. He asks the boys that this is not the time to gossip and bitching but to spread the message of peace and unity and to celebrate Republic Day.
He also distributed sweets among the participants and the audience.
The actors who performed in the play were Tarun Sharma, Rahul Kumar, Mohit Sharma, Rishav Salgotra, Ranjeet Singh, Nikhil Sharma, Rahul Verma, Nikhil Verma and Waseem Anjum.
