REASI, Dec 29: A national folk festival was organised at Government High School Sersundwan Bhomag by Ministry of Cultural Department, North Zone Cultural Center Patiala in collaboration with the Academy of Arts Culture and Languages Jammu.
In this cultural festival artist performed different cultural items including local Kud dance and local songs.
Artist from different states participated in the festival and performed their folk dances.
This type of festival was organised for the first time in Reasi.
On this occasion newly elected DDC member, Saraf Singh Nag was chief guest and Ashok Singh Thakur Chairman BDC was guest of honour.
Chairman BDC, Ashok Singh Thakur delivered vote of thanks and request the Department of Culture to organise such events in future too.
