National Integration tour organized by Army concludes

JAMMU, Oct 14: Five days long National Integration Tour organised by the Army for students of Greenwood Senior Secondary School, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh concluded.
A total of 30 students including girls and boys in the age group of 12 to 16 years along with four teachers took part in the reverse tour.
During the span of five days, the participants visited various important places in the J&K like Patnitop, Jai Ghati and Gatha Park at Bhadarwah, Bhaglihar Dam and finally terminated at Udhampur.
The tour was planned with the motive to further National Integration, create awareness of India’s secular values and rich heritage by providing an opportunity to students from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh to get a first hand exposure to the rich heritage and culture of J&K.
During the course of the tour  interaction with school children of JNV Arnora, local schools in Bhadarwah tehsil, officials of civil administration was carried out which provided an opportunity to exchange views through talks and discussions.
