Natrang to organize 4-day theatre festival

JAMMU, May 12: To commemorate completion of its 35 glorious years, Natrang is going to organize a 4-day theatre festival featuring four theatre productions by different directors of Natrang.
This was disclosed here today by Natrang director, Balwant Thakur in a press briefing at Natrang Studio Theatre, Jammu. Giving details Balwant Thakur informed that Natrang is completing its 35 happening years on May 15 and to commemorate this occasion, the group is organizing a 4-day theatre festival.
“On May 15, William Shakespeare’s ‘Twelfth Night’ will be presented under the direction of Aarushi Thakur Rana at 6 pm at Abhinav Theatre, Jammu. On May 16, Shailesh’s famous play ‘Kasak’ in Hindi will be presented under the direction of Rahul Singh while on 3rd day of the festival, Hindi play ‘Mind Games’ will be presented under the direction of Sumeet Sharma”, he revealed.
He informed that the festival will conclude on May 18 with Prof Ram Nath Shastri’s Dogri play ‘Bawa Jitto’ under the direction of Balwant Thakur.
