JAMMU, Feb 25: Theatre group Natrang here today staged play ‘Panch Pran’ written by Lalit Prakash and directed by Neeraj Kant.
The play opens with a group of performers appealing masses to come forward to make India a developed nation by 2024.
Finding them confused over the mission, a crusader appears on scene to pacify their conflicting notions and describes each of the five resolves in theatrical manner. Following this, each of the five resolves were theatrically demonstrated threadbare.
While celebrating 75 years of India’s independence, PM Modi described in detail the five resolves to ensure a developed India in next 25 years. These resolves include—a resolve of developed India, removing of all traces of colonial mindset, taking pride in our legacy, our strength of unity and fulfilling duties as citizens honesty.
Amongst all the resolves, taking pride in our legacy was highpoint of the play. An important prerequisite for a positive and confident mindset among the citizens is to have national pride.
Artists who performed in the play were Neeraj Kant, Mohd. Yaseen, Aadesh Dhar, Brijesh Avtar Sharma, Vandana Thakur, Chaitanya Shekhar, Subash Jamwal, Kananpreet Kaur, Mehak Chib, Palshin Dutta, Sunny Mujoo, Vansh Pandotra, Radhika Sharma, Mehak Singh, Sahil Narwalia, Malik Madiha, Suneha Angural, Avantika Sharma, Ritika, Dheeraj Kotwal, Mandeep Singh, Arjun Soni, Priya, Vishal Sharma, Sanket Bhagat and Kushal Bhat.
Music of the play was composed by Brij Mohan.
