JAMMU, June 20: National Awami United Party (NAUP) here today celebrated its Foundation Day.
The function was presided over by NAUP president, Sandeep Singh who said that the party has already taken various important issues and highlighted genuine demands of common masses.
He appealed party workers to work with dedication and commitment to help all the needy and downtrodden people facing difficulties during the period of worldwide pandemic.
“We also reached out to thank healthcare workers, sanitation workers, paramilitary forces etc who are on frontline in battle with Coronavirus,” the NAUP leader maintained directing party workers to work day and night for fulfilling the genuine demands of the public.
A resolution was also passed in the meeting for all burning demands of the common masses.
Prominent among those present the meeting were Aijaz Naik Hussain, Anil Dev Singh, Bupinder Sharma, Shikha Thakur, Renu Bala, Rajesh Gandotra, Mohit Kumar, Ajay Singh, Netar Pal, Om Raj Rana, Uttam Chand, Jagdish Raj, Pawan Sharma, Ashok Sharma, Naginder Singh, Bodh Raj and others.
