NAUP demands fast track recruitments in J&K

JAMMU, Nov 3: National Awami United Party (NAUP) national president, Sandeep Singh has urged upon J&K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha to start a process to fill up all the vacant posts in J&K which are lying vacant for over a period of time in various Government Departments and corporations.
In a handout Singh said the unemployed youth of J&K are demanding Government jobs and are requesting the Union Territory administration to advertise the vacant positions.
He said the UT administration should compile all the data of vacant posts as compilation of such data will also help in advertising all such positions which are still lying vacant for the last many years.
Singh claimed that after reorganization of the erstwhile J&K State into two UTs –J&K and Ladakh no new Government posts were advertised by J&K recruitment agencies.
The NAUP leader said such delays from Government side somehow demoralises the unemployed youth.
