JAMMU, Mar 26: A delegation of Navdal Tirath Committee, Tral Pulwama (Kashmir) called on Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Dr Raghav Langer here, today and discussed the various issues of Hindu religious places and other left over property of Pandits in Kashmir.
The delegation comprising of Dr Ramesh Bhat, Sanjay Raina, Sunil Bhat, Maharaj Krishan Pandita and Chand Ji Bhat showed their full confidence in Dr Langer who as DC Pulwama took various steps in safeguarding the religious places and cultural monuments of Kashmiri Pandits in the district besides safeguarding the left over property of the community.
The delegation appealed him to use his good offices in impressing upon the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir and DCs of all districts to ensure the protection and restoration of the religious places and cultural monuments of minority Pandits in Valley.
