JAMMU, Dec 26: J&K National Panthers Party leader Prof Bhim Singh today alleged that National Conference and Congress Government was importing Pak terrorists to J&K via Nepal, posing great threat to the danger to the security of the State.
Addressing a press conference here today, Prof Singh who is also chief patron of the party, alleged that National Conference, with the support of Congress has caused major security threat to the State by importing 282 Pakistani terrorists in India via Nepal with their 35 wives holding Pakistani passport and nearly 400 other people. This tragedy that terrorists have been imported into J&K and no body has objected to it. He claimed that in this connection he has filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
Terming 2013 as the darkest era of governance, the NPP leader alleged that custodial death of Haji Yousuf has not been registered in FIR in two years. Nearly 15 lakh refugees and migrants from Pakistan, PoK, Chhamb, Deva Batala and the migrants from Rajouri, Poonch, Doda, Reasi etc have remained neglected and suffering because of the hostile attitude of the State Government. Despite Supreme Court judgment Jammu migrants have not been paid balance relief of Rs 21 crores, Prof Singh added.
The Jammu migrants have been left to face discrimination while Kashmiri migrants were provided some kind of accommodation. He said the Jammu students admitted in several colleges outside the State under Central Governments scholarship schemes have been thrown out of their colleges. This is new year gift of the Government to the children from Jammu region.
Describing the outcome of Kishtwar violence and inquiry report as mischief played with the victims, Prof Singh said that the so-called interim report of a retired High Court Judge is totally malafide and drawn only to mislead the people and benefit the ruling Government. He termed the Kishtwar communal violence as a conspiracy and an attempt on the day of Eid by some vested interests to create communal divide. He demanded that present Government be dismissed without any delay.
