JAMMU, Mar 10: National Conference today constituted a seven-member committee to shortlist the candidates in different Wards for ensuing election to Jammu Municipal Corporation.
While former Minister and Chairman SC/OBC Cell of NC, Babu Ram Pal will head the committee, its members will be senior party leaders Rattan Lal Gupta, State vice president, Sheikh Bashir Ahmed, provincial secretary, Jugal Mahajan, provincial vice president, Satwant Kour Dogra, provincial president, Women Wing, Ajaz Jan, provincial youth president and Dharamveer Singh Jamwal, district president, Jammu Urban.
The committee has been empowered to co-opt any other person as its member, as and when required.
The committed was constituted by NC Provincial president, Jammu, Devender Singh Rana.
