NC expels Bandipora district president

SRINAGAR, Nov 8: The National Conference today expelled the Bandipora district President and former MLA Mir Gulam Rasool Naz, due to his absence from the party’s convention in Bandipora.
The announcement came from Omar Abdullah, the party’s vice president and former Chief Minister, during his address at the Bandipora party convention.
Omar Abdullah emphasized the vital importance of adhering strictly to party discipline, resulting in the expulsion of Gulam Rasool Naaz for his non-attendance at the party convention. “We will not tolerate any form of indiscipline within the party,” he firmly added.
